Where are you located?

The Niche Bali Is Located 80m Down A Laneway Directly off Legian Street in central Kuta. Easy walking distance to the Bali Memorial 150m, Bounty, Paddy's and Sky Garden entertainment areas 200m.

How far from the beach is the hotel?

To Access The Beach From The Hotel You will need to walk down Poppies Lane II and the walk may take 15-30 minutes depending on the pace you walk. You will have access to shops, restaurants and markets down the lane. Alternatively you may hop in a taxi for around Rp. 25.000,-

03.

Does your hotel offer complimentary internet?

Internet services are available for all guests, access codes will be available on checkin.

I am travelling with friends and family. Can I request specific rooms?

Bali is an extremely popular destination at present and as a result the hotel operates on high occupancy. Room requests for ground floor, or close to other travelling members' rooms are very difficult to accommodate. Please do advise us of your requests and we will make every effort to accommodate them but also please bear in mind generally it will depend on the availability of room choice from departing guests.

Do you offer Airport Transfer?

Airport Transfers $15 USD 1-4 persons private car one way. The hotel requires a minimum of 24 hours to arrange this service. Flight numbers and estimated time of arrival information is required.

Is your pool open all the time?

Our swimming pool and pool bar area are open daily from 8am to 10pm. Outside these hours the hotel maintains its noise policy procedure.

What is your policy on noise and parties?

The Niche Bali maintains a strict noise policy and all guests must sign our policy on arrival. Below are our policy details: It is important to us that every guest's stay is a peaceful and enjoyable one. Maintaining a quiet and sleep-conducive environment from 11pm onwards is our highest priority. For this reason, we handle noise complaints in the following manner:

Upon the first noise complaint, we will issue a first and final warning to the registered guest.

If the noise fails to cease or another instance of noise disturbance occurs during your stay, our Duty Manager will assist in the cancelling of your reservation at The Niche Bali hotel and require immediate vacation of the hotel. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

The Swimming pool closes at 10pm daily. Any guest that attempts or enters the pool after 10pm will be immediately asked to leave the hotel with no refunds or negotiations entered into.

As the registered guest of The Niche Bali and any other occupants within your room agree to adhere to the above conditions.

What sort of guests stay at your hotel?

There is a large variety of customers suited to The Niche Bali, however the majority of guests are between 18-50. Due to the location of the hotel in downtown Kuta the hotel may not appeal to customers seeking private secluded peaceful days. Guests at the hotel are generally social and enjoy a drink at the pool bar and making new friends. The hotel is not suited to children and some minor noise from nightclubs maybe heard especially on a Saturday night.

What are check-in and check-out times as we have an early flight or late flight?

The Niche Bali check-in time is 2pm. if you arrive early we are able to offer luggage storage in our secure facility. Check-out time is 10am and once again we are able to offer luggage storage. Late Checkouts to 6pm Rp. 400.000 (Confirmed only 24 hours prior). Guests are advised that if you need a guaranteed late check-out and full room access to reserve an additional night accommodation.
